REFUNDS
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Services must be unused, unactivated, and not trialed in any form.
RETURN PROCESS
For refunds to be accepted:
- Services must not have been used.
- Custom orders or projects are non-refundable due to the dedicated labor and time invested.
You may request a refund by contacting us at refund@impulsadoraras.com with your order number.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after approval.
EXCEPTIONS
